Beulah F. Mitchell

Beulah (Boo) F. Mitchell, age 100, of Deckerville, passed away Tuesday October 13, 2015 in Stonegate Village. She was born in Knoxville, TN, the daughter of the late Frank and Mary (Grizsby) Thompson. She married William Mitchell on June 1, 1936 in Detroit. He preceded her in death on February 4, 1998. Beulah and her husband enjoyed their home on Lake Huron for many years and she was an avid reader. Mrs. Mitchell is survived by two nephews, Dennis Lozon of AZ, and James Lozon of Royal Oak. Also, her good friends, Carol Murray and Marjorie Honenicke. Funeral services to celebrate the life of Beulah F. Mitchell will be 11:00 AM., Monday in the Apsey Funeral Home. Rev. Jerry Griggs will officiate. Burial will be in Downing Cemetery following cremation. Visitation will be on Sunday from 1:00 PM-5:00 PM., and Monday from 10:00 AM., until the time of service.
