Bruce D. Tanton

Bruce D. Tanton, age 64, of Harbor Beach, passed away Thursday, June 4, 2015 in St. Mary's Hospital, Saginaw. He was born December 28, 1950 in Sandusky, the son of the late Leigh and Jean (Cleland) Tanton. Bruce enjoyed watching basketball and football, yardwork, and walking on the break wall at the Harbor Beach Harbor, and hunting. He was a graduate of the Deckerville High School. He is survived by two sons, Si Tanton of OK., Corey Tanton of Wadhams, two daughters, Kelleigh Tanton of Clarkston, and Annjea Tanton of MA., one brother James (Diane) Tanton of Harbor Beach, three sisters, Arlene Griffin of AZ., Barbara (Jerry) Amey of Commerce Township, and Mary Lou Tanton of AZ., along with several nieces and nephews. A Memorial service to honor the life of Bruce D. Tanton will be 11:00 AM., Saturday June 13, 2015 in the Apsey Funeral Home. Visitation will be 3:00-7:00 PM Friday and from 10:00 AM., until the time of service on Saturday. Cremation has taken place with burial to follow in the Downing Cemetery at a later date.
