Charles Medcoff

Charles Jay Medcoff age 81, of Sandusky, died Wednesday March 30, 2011 in the Sanilac Medical Care Facility. He was born July 25, 1929 in Wheatland Township, the son of the late Charles J Medcoff, and Margaret Vatter. He married Virginia Medcoff on September 1, 1973 in Sandusky MI. She preceded in death on October 10, 1989. Charles was an active member of the Sandusky Presbyterian Church, was a past member of Michigan Milk Producers, and several senior citizen groups. He participated in Sanilac Seniors fairs, and was a Beacon Volunteer. He was a life long area farmer. He is survived by two daughters Cherry (Michael) Strickler of Sandusky, Marsha (Dale) Peters of Deckerville, special friend Betty Fuentes, 8 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, and several nieces and nephews. Charles was preceded in death by his step-son Randy Kotzke, sister Helen Kenny, and brother Don Medcoff. Memorial Services to celebrate the life of Charles Jay Medcoff will be 10:30 am, Saturday April 9, 2011 in the Sandusky Presbyterian Church in Sandusky, Pastor Michael Wilson will officiate. Burial will be in Downing Cemetery. Visitation will be 9:30?10:30 am Saturday April 9th in the Sandusky Presbyterian Church. Condolences may be sent to apseyfuneralhome.net
