Connie Walling

Connie J. Walling, age 72, of Palms, died Sunday March 4, 2012 in the Sanilac Medical Care Facility. She was born November 7, 1939 in Muskegon, the daughter of the late Clyde and Joy (Ousterhout) Goodrich. She married Lawrence Walling on December 18, 1989 in Sandusky. Connie was a former employee of Deckerville DieForm. She enjoyed camping, gardening and being with her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband Larry of Palms, two sons, Vernon (Judy) Hole of Novi, Vincent (Diane) Hole of Clinton Township, two daughters, Sue Marie (Ed) Logan of Deckerville, Janet (Rick) Clark of Decker, three step-sons, Mike (Rita) Walling of OH., Dennis ( Vicki) Walling of Ubly, Don of FL., three step-daughters, Deb (Jim) Sopczynski of Deckerville, Sandy Petts of Battle Creek, and Sally (Andy) Fagan of Clinton Township, also several grandchildren and great grandchildren. A private family service will be held at a later date. Cremation has taken place in Sunset Valley Crematory. Arrangements were by the Apsey Funeral Home.
