Daniel Redman

Daniel Redman, age 88, of Deckerville, passed away Thursday October 26, 2017 in Autumnwood of Deckerville.
He was born January 27, 1929 in Detroit, the son of the late Ike and Nellie (Kolosky) Redman.
On December 28, 1953 he married Miss. Charlotte Jones.
Daniel was a US Navy veteran serving in WWII. He was a retired truck driver for Detroit Chemical Co. Daniel enjoyed fishing and watching the Detroit Tigers. He was a member of the Deckerville Lions Club and loved to play Santa for the kids.
He is survived by his wife Charlotte of Deckerville; one son Brian (Stephanie) Redman of AL; two daughters, Diane Russell of Ubly and Carolynn (Mike) Kappel of Deckerville; eight grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren; two half-sisters, Ms. Kay Lafford of Au Gres and Ms. Pat Troson of Clarkston.
A memorial service to be held at a later date in the Apsey Funeral Home.
Cremation has taken place at May Memorial, Port Huron.
