David J. Lamont

David J. Lamont, age 40, of Deckerville, passed away Friday, October 17, 2014. He was born December 18, 1973 in Deckerville, the son of Raymond D. and Annette (LaFranca) Lamont. David was a 1992 graduate of Deckerville high School. He worked for Barton Malow construction building electric windmills. He is survived by his mother, Annette (Dennis) Seiler of Deckerville, two sons, Connor and Chayse Lamont both of Deckerville, one brother Duane (Dawn) Lamont of Deckerville, two sisters, Deborah (Joseph) Roberts of Eaton Rapids, and Denise (Robert) Morgan of Holt, and several aunts, uncles, cousins and nieces and nephews. David was preceded in death by his father Raymond Lamont on April 16, 2004. Funeral services for David J. Lamont will be 1:00 Pm., Wednesday in the Apsey Funeral Home. Fr. Charles Hammon will officiate. Burial will be in Downing Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM., to 1:00 Pm., on Wednesday. Memorials may be given to the Family Discretionary Fund.
