Ebony S. Young

Ebony S. Young, age 26, of Sandusky, died unexpectedly Monday afternoon June 14, 2021, from a swimming accident. She was born November 3, 1994, at Elmendorf AFB in Anchorage, Alaska, the daughter of David R. Young Jr. and Christina Davenport. Ebony grew up in the Deckerville/Sandusky area and attended school at both Deckerville Community School and Sandusky Community School. She enjoyed camping, going to Cedar Point and swimming. Ebony is survived by her mother, Ms. Christina Davenport; her daughter Natalie Rove Schilly; several aunts, uncles, and cousins; her boyfriend Alex Kelly; maternal grandfather Bruce Graham and paternal grandparents David and Shelly Young Sr. Funeral services for Ebony S. Young will be 2:00 PM., Saturday in the Apsey Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM., until the time of service. Memorials may be given to the family. A Go-Fundme page has been set up.
