Eugene Wolf

Eugene R. Wolf, age 76, of Snover, formerly of Palms, passed away on Monday August 8, 2011 in his home. He was born November 5, 1934 in Palms, the son of the late Albert and Emma (Harnisch) Wolf. He married Janet Marr on August 15, 1958 in Detroit. She preceded in death on April 25, 1984. He then married Sharon Morden on October 18, 1986 in Palms. Eugene was a member of American Legion Post # 369. He was a veteran of the Korean War, serving in the US. Army. He is survived by his wife Sharon of Snover, two sons Chad (Lynn) Wolf of Deckerville, Kevin (Kim) Wolf of Ypsilanti, one daughter Lynn R. Yates of Deckerville, six grandchildren, one brother Melvin Wolf of WI., and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by one half brother Harold Nuske in 1996 and one sister Lorraine Wolf in 1990. Funeral services to celebrate the life of Eugene R. Wolf will be 2:00 PM., Friday in the Apsey Funeral Home. Pastor Eric Kilmer will officiate. Burial will be in St. John's Lutheran Cemetery. Visitation will be 3:00-9:00 PM., on Thursday and from noon until the time of service on Friday. Memorials may be given to St. John's Lutheran Cemetery.
