Eusebio A. Saldana

Eusebio A. Saldana Sr. age 85 of Deckerville, MI. passed away Monday May 19, 2025, in the Sanilac County Medical Care Facility.
He was born on December 16, 1939, in Crystal City, TX, the son of the late Nieves and Julia (Arriaga) Saldana.
Eusebio owned and operated E.A.S. Trucking in Deckerville. He was known throughout the farming community for hauling sugar beets and worked for Beck’s and Huggett’s Sod Farm hauling sod for many years and was also a long-haul trucker. He also enjoyed old cars.
He is survived by three sons, Ruben (Carmella) Saldana and family, Eusebio (Lisa) Saldana Jr, and family, Richard Saldana; two daughters, Maria C. (Sylvia Carrillo) Saldana and Sandra (Omar) Moreno and family. One brother Blas (Lydia) Saldana and his sister Maria (Juan) Lopez and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife Josephine C. Saldana and one son Michael A. Saldana.
Cremation has taken place; a Memorial service will be held later this year to honor his life.
