Gary Fink

Gary W. Fink, age 66, of Deckerville, died Friday June 29, 2012 in Port Huron Hospital. He was born November 20, 1945 in Sandusky, the son of Tobi and Ruby (Tanton) Fink. He married Josie Lidster on July 18, 1968 in Auburn, MI. Gary owned and operated G&F Fence Co.. He enjoyed playing cards, gardening, and visiting with family and friends. Gary is survived by his wife Josie of Deckerville, two daughters, Ms. Betty Jean Potvin of Croswell, Mrs. Margo (John) O'Mara of Deckerville, nine grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, his mother, Mrs. Ruby Fink Styer of Port Huron, two brothers, Jay Fink of Port Huron, David Fink of St. Clair Shores, and one sister Ms. Linda Bartlett of Port Huron. He was preceded in death by his father Tobi, two daughters, Tammy Heuer, and Gail Tackett, and one grandson, Donnie Heuer. A graveside service will be held at a later date for Gary Fink. Visitation will be from noon to 5:00 PM., and from 6:00 PM., to 8:00 PM., on Sunday in the Apsey Funeral Home. Memorials may be given to the family discretionary fund.
