Harold Lietke

Harold C. Lietke, age 92, of Delaware Township, died Sunday February 5, 2012 in Stonegate Village Assisted Living, Sandusky. He was born October 28, 1919 in Delaware Township the son of Charles and Ann (Barbknecht) Lietke. Harold was a life long area farmer, a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. He enjoyed collecting Native American Artifacts found around his farm in Delaware Township. He is survived by several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by three sisters, Leona McGlasson, Helen Breidenbach, and Clara Wilke, and one brother Arthur Lietke. Funeral services to celebrate the life of Harold C. Lietke will be 11:00 AM., Thursday in Trinity Lutheran Church. Pastor Richard Wilson will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be 4:00-8:00 PM., Wednesday in the Apsey Funeral Home and from 10:00 AM., until the time of service in the church. Memorials may be given to the Trinity Lutheran Church.
