Helen Kenny

Helen I. Kenny, age 86, of Deckerville, died Saturday November 21, 2009 in Autumnwood of Deckerville. She was born April 21, 1923 in Wheatland Twp., the daughter of the late Charles and Margaret (Vatter) Medcoff. She married Kenneth Kenny, on June 6, 1942 in Deckerville. He preceded in death on March 28, 1997. Mrs. Kenny was a member of the 1st Presbyterian Church of Deckerville. She enjoyed reading and sowing. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Carol (Arnold) Shoemaker of Sandusky, and Miss. Penny Kenny of Deckerville, one brother C. Jay Medcoff of Sandusky and one sister-in-law Mrs. Betty Medcoff of Deckerville, also several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one brother Donald Medcoff. Funeral services to celebrate the life of Helen I. Kenny will be 1:00 PM. Tuesday in the Apsey Funeral Home, your ?Legacy of Life? funeral home, Rev. Chris Wolf will officiate.
