Jack Sweet

Jack Sweet, age 82 of Croswell, formerly of Deckerville, died Monday April 11, 2011 in Port Huron Hospital. He was born March 19, 1929 in Bridgehampton Township, the son of the late Glenn and Ethel (Mosure) Sweet. Jack was a former member of Marion Lodge # 392. He liked to play cards, and enjoyed his grandkids, and his pet dog. He is survived by his son Gary Sweet of Deckerville, Special friend Zelpha Odoerfer of Croswell, four grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Max, William, and Allen, one son Robert Sweet, and one daughter-in-law Denise Sweet. Memorial Services to celebrate the life of Jack Sweet will be 11:00 am Monday, April 18, 2011 in the Apsey Funeral Home. Rev. Marjorie Ackerman will officiate. Burial will be in Downing Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00 am, until the time of service on Monday.
