John J. Dawson

John J. Dawson, age 52, of Port Sanilac, died Wednesday October 30, 2013 in Port Huron Hospital in the loving arms of his wife. He was born March 13, 1961, in Deckerville, the son of the late Wm Dawson and Berneice (Arnold) Dawson. He was married to his loving wife, Glenda Salsbury. John was an avid reader and pool league member, outdoor enthusiast, and a member of the Thumb Tractor Pulling Assoc. He was a loving husband, Dad, and Grandpa, who also loved his pets. He is survived by his wife Glenda Dawson of Pt. Sanilac, son Garrett (Maurine) Salsbury of Carsonville, two daughters, Gennah (Jamie) Hill of Carsonville, and Galisha (Peter) Fleming of NY., three grandchildren, Bryden and Payton Fleming, and Corwyn Hill, his mother Mrs. Berneice Dawson of Carsonville, one sister, Mrs. Kristy MacMillan of Ont., and one nephew Neil MacMillan and two nieces, Beth (Mark) Kaufman, and Kaila MacMillan and her fiancé Beau.
