Kathryn Ann Boice

Kathryn A. Boice, age 70, of Deckerville Mi went to be with her Lord on December 23, 2024. Kathryn “Kathy” lost her long battle with cancer at Gordon Hospice House in Statesville, NC.

Kathy was born February 28, 1954 in Deckerville, Mi. After graduating from Deckerville High School in 1972 she went on to graduate from Grand Rapids School of the Bible and Music. She then received her Bachelors of Education from Bryan College of Dayton, Tn. Later in life Kathy earned her Masters in Biblical Counseling. She graduated with honors in all her educational endeavors. Her teaching career took her to Lansing, Mi, Eleuthera Island, Bahamas, and Sheridan Lake, Co.. Kathy also lived and worked in Lakeland Fl for several years. Kathy enjoyed needlepoint, time at the lake, studying prophecy, and teaching many ladies bible studies.

Kathy is survived by brothers Michael(Kathleen) of Mooresville, NC and Robert(Denise) of Glen Allen, Va., along with eight nieces and nephews. Kathy was preceded in death by brother Craig 1991 and parents Mack 1999 and Eleanor 2016.

Memorial services will be held at Apsey Funeral Home, Deckerville on January 25, 2025. Visitation will be from 12;30PM to 2:00pm. A Celebration of Life service will be at 2:00pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Camp IdRaHaJe(I’d Rather Have Jesus) Bailey, Co
