L. Diane Gibson, age 74, of Carsonville, died Thursday March 6, 2025, in Autumnwood of Deckerville.
She was born August 9, 1950, the daughter of the late James and Margaret (Ross) Winkley. She attended Carsonville Schools and graduated in 1968. On October 10, 2019, she married Doug Gibson in Sandusky. Diane enjoyed arts and crafts and particularly liked making doll cloths. She was a member of the Port Sanilac Methodist Church.
Diane is survived by her husband Doug Gibson of Carsonville; son Dennis (Luann) Griffith of Port Sanilac; daughter Jody (Charles) Halsey of Sault Ste. Marie; three grandchildren; one brother James (Diane) Winkley of Port Sanilac; three sisters, Jackie (Syl) Amos of Midland, Mary Curran of Port Sanilac, and Morna Rynn/Fournier of Ind.
She was preceded in death by one sister Janice Davis.
There are no services planned at this time. Cremation has taken place.
