Leonard Mogielski

Leonard D. Mogielski, age 58, of Deckerville, died Sunday, February 20, 2011 in Port Huron Hospital. He was born November 10, 1952 in Dearborn, the son of the late Joseph and Anna May (Freese) Mogielski. Leonard enjoyed hunting, fishing, and cooking. He is survived by his wife Betty of Deckerville, three sons, Joseph Mogielski, Gary Mogielski, Justin Mogielski, three daughters, Barbara Mogielski, Taryn Reynolds, and Crystal Mogielski, one step-son, Justin Sample and two step-daughters Sheila Swoffer, and Angela Graves, two brothers Ted Mogielski, and Matt Mogielski, one sister Mrs. Vicki Nasser, two aunts, Betty Herron, and Sophia Novak, several grandchildren and nieces and nephews, special friends Daryl McLean, Jim Wismer, Hazel Devault, and Sandy Lapp. He was preceded in death by one brother John. Funeral services to celebrate the life of Leonard Mogielski will be 4:00 PM., Wednesday in the Apsey Funeral Home. Rev. Monique Carpenter will officiate. Visitation will be from 1:00 PM., until the time of service on Wednesday. Memorials may be made to the Family Discretionary Fund. Condolences may be sent to apseyfuneralhome.net
