Linda Garavaglia

Linda J. Garavaglia, age 61, of Deckerville, died Monday September 1, 2008 in Deckerville Community Hospital. She was born June 17, 1947 in Detroit, the daughter of the late Arthur and Jean Roehl. She married Michael Garavaglia on May 31, 1968 in Detroit. Mrs. Garavaglia loved to be with her family, crosstitch, knit and collect recipes, cookbooks, and stamps. She also liked to collect crafts from local venders at craft shows. She is survived by her husband Michael Garavaglia of Deckerville, two sons, Mark Garavaglia also of Deckerville, Timothy (Dawn) Garvaglia of Goodells, one daughter Marie (Corey) Ferrier of Avilla, Ind., six grandchildren, one brother Gary A. Roehl of Fla., and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services to celebrate the life of Linda J. Garavaglia will be 11:00 AM., Thursday at the Apsey Funeral Home your ?Legacy of Life? funeral home. Fr. Charles Hammond will officiate. Burial will be in Port Sanilac Cemetery. Visitation will be 1:00 PM-9:00 PM., Wednesday.
