Lynn S. Wolf, age 59, of Deckerville, passed away peacefully at home with her family at her side after a strong and courageous fight with cancer. She was born May 6, 1953 in Royal Oak, the daughter of Robert and Lois (Crittenden) Jensen. She married Chad Wolf on May 17, 1980 in Palms, MI. Lynn was a talented poet and writer who had a passion for horses, and enjoyed gardening. She loved to spend time with her family and grandchildren. She also was a long time member of the Deckerville Bible Church. Mrs. Wolf is survived by her husband, Chad of Deckerville, one son Michael (Tracy) Wolf of Grandville, two daughters, Christina Welsh of Sandusky, and Sarah Wolf of Deckerville, five grandchildren, Jazmyne, Alexandria, Izeyah, Francinelynn, and Joscelynn, one sister Laurie (Terry) McNabb of Carsonville, two brothers, Lee (Louise) Jensen of Deckerville, and Lance (Peggy) Jensen of Carsonville, her mother Lois Jensen of Deckerville, several nieces and nephews, her step-mother Joann Jensen of Melvin, and one cousin. Lynn will be remembered everyday and deeply missed by her family and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her father Robert Jensen and her father-in-law and mother-in-law Eugene and Janet Wolf. Funeral services to celebrate the life of Lynn S. Wolf will be 1:00 PM., Wednesday in the Apsey Funeral Home. Pastor Jeff Holman will officiate. Burial will be in St. John Lutheran Cemetery. Visitation will be 2:00-8:00 PM. Tuesday and 11:00 AM., until the time of service on Wednesday. Memorials may be given to the family discretionary fund.
