Marjorie Mccully

Marjorie E. McCully, age 90, of Deckerville, died Tuesday January 20, 2009, in her home. She was born September 20, 1918 in Deckerville, the daughter of the late Wesley and Alice (Decker) Hooper. She married Maxwell J. McCully on June 20, 1942. He preceded in death on September 16, 2000. Mrs. McCully was a member of Mills Gospel Hall. She enjoyed gardening, growing flowers and her family. She is survived by two sons, Gerald (Bonnie) McCully and Bruce McCully all of Deckerville. Five grandchildren and two great grandchildren, one brother Howard Hooper of Deckerville and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one brother Harry Hooper and one sister Mrs. Marion Hartsell. Funeral services to celebrate the life of Marjorie E. McCully will be 11:00 AM., Thursday in the Apsey Funeral Home, your ?Legacy of Life? funeral home. Mr. William Metcalf will officiate. Burial will be in Forester Cemetery. Visitation will be 4-8:00 PM., on Wednesday and 10:00 AM., until the time of services on Thursday. Memorials may be given to the Deckerville Community Hospital.
