Mary E. Farmer

Mary E. Farmer, age 86, of Forester Township, passed away Friday March 9, 2019 in Autumnwood of Deckerville.
She was born on August 8, 1932 in Coeburn, VA the daughter of the late Listum and Lucy (Carico) Stallard.
She grew up in the state of Virginia. On September 21, 1952 she married George Farmer Sr., he preceded her in death.
Mary was a school teacher who taught for 35 years at Shadywood Elementary in Warren.
She is survived by one son George Farmer Jr., and several nieces and nephews.
Cremation has taken place with burial of the cremated remains to be in her home state of Virginia.
Arrangements were by the Apsey Funeral Home.
