Michael Scott Beach

Michael Scott Beach of Pontiac born March 10, 1964, went home to be with the Lord on May 29, 2018 after a courageous battle with cancer. His hard work over the years helped many people and continues to do so. Quietly and focused, he didn't stop until a job was done. A funny, loving and loyal son, brother, uncle, and follower of Jesus he remained all his days. He loved to hunt, fish, and all things of country life. He had planned to return to the country in his retirement. He was preceded in death by both parents, Paris and Anne Beach, and brother Mark Beach. He is survived by one sister, Laurie Barry, Nieces Terri (Brandon) Winquest, Beth (Gus) Stolicker, and Nephew John Barry, as well as two great nephews. Funeral services to honor the life of Michael Scott Beach will be held 2:00 PM Saturday June 2, 2018 in the Apsey Funeral Home. Pastor Jed Willis will officiate. Internment will be at May Memorial. Visitation will be from Noon-2:00 PM Saturday in the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
