Patricia Alice Wirtanen

Patricia A. Wirtanen, age 83, 0f Deckerville formerly of Applegate, died Thursday September 16, 2021, in her home. She was born July 14, 1938, in Detroit the daughter of the late Erwin and May V. (Stork) Martin. She grew up in the Detroit area and attended Pershing High School. On December 30, 1970, she married Willard Wirtanen in Warren. He preceded her in death in February 1996. Pat enjoyed Bowling, garage sales and playing Euchre. She attended Applegate Wesleyan Church. She is survived by three sons Kenneth Young of Clinton Township, John E. Young of Ga., and Patrick S. Young of Deckerville; one daughter Dawn L. Garrison of Royal Oak; and seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held October 16, 2021 in the Applegate Wesleyan Church at Noon. Cremation has taken place.
