Phyllis Stolicker

Phyllis A. Stolicker, age 71, of Palms, died Wednesday February 8, 2012 in Bay Care Alliant Hospital, Dunedin, Florida. She was born October 21, 1940 in Deckerville, the daughter of the late Harold and Erma (Morris) Gough. She married Nelson Stolicker Jr., on August 12, 1960 in Deckerville. Phyllis enjoyed quilting and taking care of her family. She is survived by her husband Nelson Jr. of Palms, four sons, Howard (Tammie Boone) Stolicker, Rodney (Jody) Stolicker all of Palms, David (Brenda Smigill) Stolicker, and Dale (Kathy) Stolicker all of Deckerville, fourteen grandchildren, one brother, Richard Gough of Deckerville and two sisters Mrs. Lois (Richard) Theobald of Deckerville, Mrs. Beulah Parrott of Florida, several nieces and nephews, her mother-in-law, Mrs. Mary Stolicker of Palms, Brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Harold and Ruthie Stolicker of Deckerville, sister-in-law Mrs. Minnie Gillem of Wyoming, and her aunt Minnie Jaresky of Florida. She was preceded in death by one son Tom in 1986. Funeral services to celebrate the life of Phyllis A. Stolicker will be 11:00 AM., Wednesday in the Apsey Funeral Home. Rev. Jerry Griggs will officiate. Burial will be in Downing Cemetery. Visitation will be 4:00-9:00 PM., Monday and 2:00-9:00 PM., Tuesday. Memorials may be given to Downing Cemetery Association.
