Rex Brinker

Rex E. Brinker, age 84, of Sandusky, died Wednesday January 9, 2008 in the Sanilac Medical Care Facility. He was born February 4, 1923 in Sandusky the son of the late Aaron and Elizabeth (Miller) Brinker. He married Miss. Evelyn Willis on October 6, 1945 in Port Huron. He was a veteran of WWII, serving in the US Navy. He was a member of the Disabled American Veterans, and the Veterans of Foreign Wars. Mr. Brinker is survived by his wife, Evelyn of Sandusky. Two sons, Roger (Judy) Brinker of Lexington and Barry (Susan) Brinker of Deckerville. Ten grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. Also one sister Mrs. Karen (Harry) McCoy of Lakeport. He was preceded in death by one son Kevin Brinker. A memorial service to celebrate the life of Rex E. Brinker will be 2:00 PM. Sunday January 13, 2008 in the Apsey Funeral Home, your ?Legacy of Life? funeral home. Pastor Bill Willis will officiate. Visitation will be from 1:00 PM., until the time of service on Sunday. Cremation has taken place at Sunset Valley Crematory, Bay City.
