Richard Scott Schrader

Richard Scott Schrader, 58, of Marine City passed away Saturday, September 26, 2026. Richard was born November 29, 1967 to Richard and Kathleen Schrader. Richard is survived by his father, Richard Schrader, siblings, Curtis (Greta) Schrader and Teresa (Ouellette) Mee. He is preceded in death by his wife, Chrissy (Wood) Schrader. Richard and Chrissy operated the “House of Hope” in Mt. Clemens for several years; a home for men that offered a nurturing environment and fresh start in life. He was an accomplished drummer, avid fisherman, and enjoyed Christian fellowship. He will be fondly remembered and missed by all who knew him.

A memorial celebration of life will be planned for a future date
