Richard Tenbusch

Richard (Dick) Tenbusch, age 67, of Deckerville, died Friday May 14, 2010 in the Deckerville Community Hospital. He was born January 4, 1943 in Minden City, the son of the late Alphonse Sr. and Beatrice (Halifax) Tenbusch. He married Carol Rich on August 10, 1970 in Sandusky. Dick enjoyed playing computer games, yard work, raising his family and his dogs. He attended the Sandusky United Methodist Church. He is survived by his wife Carol of Deckerville, one son Rod Tenbusch of Sandusky, two daughters, Angela (Adam) Ellery of St. Clair, Tammy (Brandon) Burks of Sandusky and nine grandchildren, four brothers, Gerald (Jo) Tenbusch, Donald (Ann) Tenbusch, Charles (Marg) Tenbusch all of Fla., Gaylord (Faye) Tenbusch of VA., three sisters, Loraine (Frank) McCoy of Marlette, Marlene (Mike) Peruski of Fla., Karen (Dennis) Gentner of Ruth, several nieces and nephews, and one sister-in-law Geraldine Tenbusch of Ruth. He was preceded in death by one brother, Alphonse Tenbusch Jr. and one sister Mrs. Joan Malloy. Funeral services to celebrate the life of Richard Tenbusch will be 11:00 AM., Tuesday in the Apsey Funeral Home. Rev. Colin Stover will officiate. Burial will be in Downing Cemetery.
