Richard Witte

Richard Witte, 82, of Indian River, and formerly of Richmond, passed away peacefully Friday, September 15, 2023. Richard was born February 23, 1941 to the late Otto and Margaret Witte. Beloved husband of Marilyn Witte; cherished father of Scott (Lori) Witte, Craig (Pamela) Witte and Lindsay (David Noe) Witte; caring grandfather of Cole, Trent, Tyler, Eddie and Zoe. Also survived by his sister Carol Schulte of Richmond. Richard loved working with his hands and spent over 40 years in the auto industry making wood, plastic and metal models of auto parts.  At home, he tinkered with all sorts of things. He enjoyed woodworking, building, gardening, snowmobiling and cutting the grass on his tractor.
