Robert W. Anderson

Robert W. Anderson, age 73, of Sandusky, died Wednesday January 14, 2015 in Autumnwood of Deckerville. He was born November 29, 1941 in Sandusky, the son of the late Walter R. and Marguerite V. (McFarlane) Anderson. Robert was a lifelong area farmer, who enjoyed going to farms sale, and farming with Oliver tractors. He is survived by one brother, David Anderson of Sandusky, one sister Mrs. Barbara (Bruce) Roberts of Reese, one niece Mrs. Christine (Noah) Stockmeyer and two nephews Steve (Christy) Roberts both of Reese and Tim (Robin) Roberts of Frakenmuth. Funeral services to honor the life of Robert W. Anderson will be 4:00 PM., Saturday in the Apsey Funeral Home, Pastor Jerry Griggs will officiate. Burial following cremation will be in Downing Cemetery later in the spring. Memorials may be given to Autumnwood of Deckerville or McGregor United Methodist Church.
