Roger G. Baumeister

Roger G. Baumeister, age 59, of Deckerville, passed away on Wednesday November 12, 2014 in McLaren Port Huron Hospital. He was born March 11, 1955 in Deckerville, the son of the late Floyd and Florence (Mater) Baumeister. He married Miss. Martha A. Phillips on May 26, 1979 in Applegate. Roger was an area truck driver. He worked for the Scerbeck Carnival. He is survived by his wife Martha, of Deckerville, daughters, Angela Baumeister of Sandusky, and Judith Baumeister of Deckerville, four grandchildren Anneliese and McKenzie Birkinbine of GA., and Joshlyn and Larissa Trayler of Sandusky, one Aunt Mrs. Carol Baumeister of Deckerville and several cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister Cheryl Baumeister. Funeral services to honor the death of Roger G. Baumeister will be 3:00 PM., Sunday in the Apsey Funeral Home. Pastor David Frost will officiate. Visitation will be from 1:00 PM., until the time of service on Sunday. Memorials may be given to the family discretionary fund.
