Ronald E. Williams

Ronald Edgar Williams age 78 of Carsonville , MI passed away unexpectedly February 11, 2014, Ron was born in Sandusky, MI, December 18, 1935, the son of the late Gordon and Della Williams. Ron was a 1954 graduate of Sandusky High School. He was a Veteran serving in the USAF. He was a lifelong resident of Sanilac County. He worked the Car Business with his Father for several years and then owned and operated the Maxi Muffler and U-haul business before retiring in 1995. He married Jean (Angeline) Rolando of Owosso, MI on May 6, 1967 who preceded him in death March 9, 2013. He was also preceded in by death his brother Gordon "Richard" Williams and sister Clara Hamlet of Louisville, KY. He was a "life member" of the Custer Masonic Lodge #393 in Sandusky, Michigan. He was an active member of the Sanilac Shrine Club for more than 40+ years and was a loyal member of the Shrine Model "T" Drivers, driving in many parades each summer to represent the Shriner's and all the good things they do for cripple children and the Burn Children's Hospital at no cost to the families. He is survived by his daughter Kathy Jean Williams of Carsonville, MI., and his sister Sondra Azer of Mio, MI., and many nieces, nephews and many friends. Memorial Services will be held on Saturday March 1, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church in Sandusky. Memorial donations may be made to the First United Methodist Church of Sandusky or Sanilac Shrine Club.
