Ruth Ann Snover

Ruth Ann Snover, age 66, of Carsonville, died unexpectedly Friday September 17, 2021, in McLaren Port Huron Hospital. She was born March 23, 1955, in Deckerville the daughter of the late Wendell and Lillian (Rich) Williamson. Ruth Ann grew up in Deckerville and attended Deckerville Community School graduating in 1973. She then attended nursing school and became an LPN. On September 22, 1992, she married Casey Snover in Sandusky. She worked at Deckerville Community Hospital and Children's Health Care in Port Huron and some private health care. After marring Casey, she became the secretary for their business, All R's Grinding in Bridgehampton Township. She enjoyed horseback riding and camping. She was a member of the NRA. Ruth Ann is survived by her husband, Casey; three sons Tim Hewitt of ND, Tony (Leticia) Hewitt of Deckerville, and Chris (Kimberly) Hewitt of SC; one daughter Megan (Joshua) Roesly of OH; two step-sons Robert Snover, Raymond Snover and one step-daughter Renee (Josh Brown) Snover all of Caro; 14 grandchildren and five great. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Edwin, James and Richard. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorials can be made to the family or McGregor United Methodist Church.
