William (Billy) Chernow Jr.

William (Billy) Chernow Jr., age 35, of Deckerville, died Sunday October 12, 2014 in his home. He was born January 3, 1979 in Deckerville, the son of William Sr. and Jessica (Napora) Chernow. Billy was employed at the Sanilac County Road Commission as a truck driver. He enjoyed hunting, snowmobiling, and working on old tractors. He is survived by his parents William Sr. and Jessica Chernow, one borther Pete Chernow, three sisters, Melissa Curry, Samatha Chernow all of Carsonville, Marcy Chernow of Ubly, his paternal grandmother Mary McGregor of Carsonville, and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and aunts and uncles. Funeral services to honor the life of Billy Chernow will be 11:00 AM., Friday in the Apsey Funeral Home. Pastor Jerry Griggs will officiate. Burial will be in Downing Cemetery. Visitation will be 2:00-8:00 PM., Thursday and 10:00 AM., until the time of services in the Apsey Funeral Home. Memorials may be given to the Family Discretionary Fund.
